Jayco unveils MY23 Silverline caravan
Jayco used the 2023 Perth Caravan and Camping Show to unveil the first prototype of their 2023 Silverline, with this luxury caravan gaining cosmetic updates on the exterior, as well as revisions to the interior, all designed to enhance this model’s premium look and feel.

As the prototype wasn’t completed in time for display at the Victorian Caravan Supershow in February, Jayco debuted it in Perth instead, which of course meant a trip across the Nullarbor from Jayco’s factory in Dandenong to make the Perth show.
The highly-anticipated new Silverline is the result of Jayco’s research overseas, analysing trends in the caravan and camper trailer industry over there to inspire the next step in style, fittings and features here.

As applied to the MY23 Silverline, this inspiration has resulted in new colours for the leather trim and new-look treatment of the timber veneer inside, along with the incorporation of a 20mm composite PET floor that’s moulded and fitted in one piece, for better insulation and a more stable platform to attach interior fittings.
Externally, there’s updated front and rear mouldings, automotive-style tail lights and new decals.

“The Perth Caravan and Camping show provided a great opportunity for newcomers as well
as existing caravanners to view the exciting new additions to Jayco CaravanLand’ s extensive range, and a great opportunity for new and existing owners to learn about on-road travelling, as well as ask questions of our amazing Jayco professionals,” said National Sales Manager Scott Jones.

Feedback from owners at the Perth Caravan and Camping Show were incorporated into a second prototype that was completed at the end of April and will be applied to the production versions, too, including things like an additional power point in the kitchen area and ‘his n hers’ storage space in the main sleeping area.
Standard tech and user-assistance features include Wi-Fi, reversing cameras and an app-controlled power awning.
