JAYCO TO EXPAND PRESENCE IN ADELAIDE

Jayco has engaged award-winning South Australian company, Woolcock Construction, to construct Adelaide’s first purpose-built caravan and motorhome dealership.

To be built within the West Beach Precinct at Adelaide Airport, the two-hectare site will bring together Jayco Adelaide’s sales, service and parts departments in one location, in turn creating an iconic dealership that will set a national standard, according to the caravan and motorhome manufacturer.

The dealership will include a dedicated workshop, parts store warehouse, showrooms, office spaces, pick up and drop off bays, as well as retail storage opportunities. Additionally, the dealership has been designed to ensure customers have access to ample parking, especially for those in RVs and towing caravans.

Given its convenient and centralised location, Jayco Adelaide’s new dealership will also feature a ‘Let’s Go Motorhome’ branch, providing travellers with the option to easily rent an RV to explore South Australia.

“We really wanted to offer South Australians and visitors the opportunity to purchase, service and rent their RVs in one easy, state-of-the-art facility before escaping the city and exploring everything the open road has to offer.”

In parallel with the dealership development, Jayco Adelaide will implement a leading customer relationship management system to improve the overall customer experience to a level they claim has not seen in the caravan industry before, while training for new and existing team members will be enhanced.
