Just arrived - This 1998 Toyota Landcruiser FZJ105 GXL is the ultimate practical car. The half step between the 80 series and the 100 series, the 105 got the best off both worlds, being designed with both luxury and off road ruggedness in mind. The 105 retained a coil spring live front axle with radius arms in the front and coil spring rear, preferred for off-roading and overall durability. This was furthered by the part-time four wheel drive, manual locking freewheeling hubs, low range and high range selectability, and rear axle differential lock. The GXL package scored a nice cloth trim with a leather steering wheel, 16`` alloy wheels, climate control air conditioning and a CD stacker. Also standard was cruise control, power windows, power mirrors, power steering, and side steps.. This 105 series is powered by a 4.5L 1FZ-FE 6 cylinder petrol engine, and matched with a 4 speed automatic transmission. It is fitted with dual batteries with a trickle charge system, two fuel tanks, a heavy duty tow bar, Bull Bar, and light bar. Additionally the car has a full security system fitted, a new set of tyres, and comes with a car cover for storage. Finished in a beautiful dark blue that is quite neat for 27 years of age, the 105's interior is equally as tidy and better yet - the car has retained its third row seats, making it an 8 seater. With original books and service history, plenty of room for the whole family and their friends, plus off road capability and Toyota reliability. It doesn't get much more of a package deal than that.
