New home for Scenic Rim Adventure Park
The new facility is not only more accessible, but also has better facilities for 4x4 and other outdoor family events. Electricity and infrastructure on site enabled a smooth transition, with the SRAP moving to the Innisplain address at the start of July. The new property, which partly overlooks the Lamington National Park, has large grassed campsite areas, easy off-highway access, and a range of off-road four wheel driving tracks to cater to everything from standard to outlaw machines.
Additionally, the new SRAP location has provision for a range of non-4x4 facilities, including mountain bike tracks, children's playgrounds, nature hike trails, a man-made cave maze, holiday lodge and log cabin accommodation, plus much more. Future plans for the new venue include the addition of a B&B, abseiling course, extreme 4x4 joyride course, flying fox and other activities and facilities, to offer a complete family outdoor entertainment experience.
Existing SRAP memberships will be valid for use at the new address, with all future rounds of events like the Suspension Stuff Challenge, TORQ 4x4 Battle of the Parks and Massojet Fun Carna to be held at the Innisplain site.
