National 4x4 show tops on safety

Many organisations will be on hand offering safety advice, including ExploOz, which will promote the companies new service EOTrackMe, a device that uses a mobile phone, web browser or GPS to track and display traveller movement in real time. The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) will be promoting their range of distress beacons for land adventures, boats and aircrafts.

Direction experts, Hema Maps, will display their new Hema Navigator GPS which provides a comprehensive 4wd and topographical mapping system. Visitors will also have the opportunity to gain expert advice while travelling as a passenger on the 4wd test track. A large range of vehicle protection systems will be on display from brands such as ARB, TJM, IronMan, East Coast Bull Bars and more. Melbourne's National 4x4 & Outdoors Show, Fishing and Boating Expo, which will be held over Father's Day weekend on the 3-5 September, 2010.
