Conqueror Australia present an 'Urban Escape Vehicle'
Created by Conqueror Australia, 'UEV-79' is described by the Queensland camper trailer specialist as the ultimate 'Urban Escape Vehicle' (hence the 'UEV' in the name), and is based on a Toyota LC79 Landcruiser dual cab (where the '79' part comes from).
Owned by Conqueror's Toby Bosschieter, who's also a presenter on television's Escape with ET, UEV-79 will be making its public debut at the Melbourne 4x4 & Outdoors Show.
The UEV-79's impressive features include a custom 3inch suspension lift, twin fridges, ability to sleep four, built-in shower, twin 215 litre fuel tanks, 140 litre water tank, 35 inch tyres, 4x Deka Intimidator 105amh batteries, with the engine management and tuning diagnostic system controlled through an interior touchscreen display monitor, which also houses all Hema and Australian topographic maps - plus loads more!
Toby has just taken UEV-79 on a research and development trip across Australia, where even he was impressed by its capabilities, functionality and ability to combine tree-climbing capability with Conqueror's military-style toughness.
"At Conqueror Australia, we wanted to design and create an off-road vehicle like nothing else in Australia, and we feel we've achieved this in the UEV-79," said Bosschieter.
"Its capabilities are incredible and we thought that there was no better place to debut it in Australia than at the National 4x4 & Outdoors Show where we are certain it will be well-received by camping and 4x4 enthusiasts alike."
UEV-79 will be on display at the Conqueror Australia stand (#A69), where visitors can chat with the team about this revolutionary vehicle, with expressions of interest welcomed.
